本日は新潟へ　「大地の芸術祭」の最終日です　越後妻有は２回め　

ぎりぎり　ラストミニットで駆け込むところがまた私らしい　

a last minute trip to echigotsumari in niigata – saw their art triennale

越後妻有は空が大きく圧倒的にいい　快晴から土砂降りまで天候が大いに変化した一日　

the sky is always brilliant there – we had all kinds of weather – mother nature’s treat

↑ ペルラ・クラウセのフェイクのお花は小荒戸（こあらと）という集落の空き家のなかに

集落の皆さん、作家と一緒に本物のマリーゴールドを植えました　こういうのがいい　

the artist planted some real flowers with people from the area – that’s wonderful!

我々を迎えてくれた小荒戸（こあらと）の皆さんは本当に楽しそうだった　きっと作家との時間が
すばらしかったのだろう 自家製の糸瓜からし漬けなどもごちそうになり、幸せな気分に　

the people from this tiny village were so happy to have us – full of hospitality – i became extremely happy after tasting their home-made pickles

本日はツアーガイドの方がインテリジェントで非常に良かった　アートと越後妻有を愛している

アートフェスティバルはこういう人達に支えられているのだ

also, we had an excellent tour guide today – very intelligent lady – she loves art & echigotsumari – art festivals need a lot of people power

十日町の駅では行きも帰りもこの動かないワンコに遭遇　

北川フラムさんもちらりお見かけし、本日の遠足は楽しく終了しました

saw the doggy twice @ the station – didn’t move a bit

also, saw mr.furamu kitagawa, the director of the event

a day out to niigata was great fun!
