今夜は5月に結婚を控えた友人たちとディナー　銀座のフレンチビストロです

もろもろ打ち合わせるはずが殆ど結婚式とは関係のない話をしました

we had a lovely French dinner in Ginza – with the love birds who are getting married in May – we were there to talk about their wedding plans but the dinner got in the way

grilled scallops with Hotaru squid, bamboo shoots – with seaweed vinaigrette

子羊を瞬間薫製したらしい　

焼いて休ませ、サーブする直前に桜チップで短時間スモーク　香りがすばらしい

instantly smoked lamb – roasted and briefly infused with smoke from cherry wood chips

この塩キャラメルのアイスクリームは毎日食べたい　日に3回、で、毎日

ブラウンのグラデーションがきれいです

ahh, heavenly salt-caramel ice cream

I could eat this 3 times a day, everyday – beautiful browns
