そういうのがいいんです　そこに行くと素直にいい気分になる

she was excellent! – very competent & confident – yes, I had to wait a bit but it didn’t matter to me because she was always spot on – I truly like it when things work out

I overheard a blond lady saying, `gosh, he was so cute!’ – she was talking about the guy who helped her with her laptop problems

sweeeet! – positive energy created by people there – I personally believe that’s the No.1 quality for good branding
