で、仙台のあと新著のロンチングに直行 ワタリウム美術館の地下

美術館やギャラリーの情報、アート業界の人々へのインタビューなどがちりばめられた本　

『Art Space Tokyo 』（英語版）です　　多くの人が集まっていた

after Sendai, rushed into a book launch at Watarium – good turn out for the new guide book called, ‘Art Space Tokyo’ – a collection of interviews of the gallerists & the artists

この本に関しては、内容よりもその制作プロセスに興味がありました

クリエイティブなプロジェクトを資金不足のために諦めてしまわなければならないことが多々ありますが『Art Space Tokyo』もさまざまなトラブルから一時企画が頓挫しそうになったようです

でもね、大丈夫！　今はこんなプラットフォームがあるのです　↓

個人が自分が応援したいプロジェクトに少額の資金提供をする　投資家への配当は「満足やシアワセ感」　私も今回少し協力しました　いいアイディアが世に出ない 壁になるのはいつもお金 でもいいものは実現させてあげたい　それが世の中を楽しくすることに繋がるのだから　

I invested a small seed – in return, I get the sense of satisfaction – I like people power – there are many creatives with great ideas – I would like them to flourish so that this planet will be a little more fun place to be – wouldn’t you?

この夜、初めて制作チームに会いました　

出版のCraig Modという人とポーズごっこして遊びました 　このお題は「なぜか真面目な顔をする」

I met the team for the first time – with Craig Mod, a producer/art director of the book – we decided to pose with our most serious faces

今回ウェブ上で賛同者から資金を募り最終的に250万円を集め出版にこぎ着けたとのこと

諦めなくてよかったね　内容もよく美しい本に仕上がっていました　

投資家への配当は本のコピーとチームの達成感　私は満足！（定価¥4,500はちょっと高いかな）

it’s a good book – beautifully done as well – they collected 2.5 million yen in the end – well done and I am happy for them – Art Space Tokyo, 4,500 yen – a bit expensive!?
